Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Returned to sender, refused, or undeliverable packages will be processed as a return for a refund, less incurred shipping costs. 

We are unable to reroute packages or modify addresses once your package has shipped. 

Crazy By Design, LLC is not liable for courier errors, misplaced or stolen parcels, or shipment errors due to inaccurate address information provided during checkout. Please contact the shipment courier directly for these and other delivery related issues. 

The customer/recipient is responsible for ALL duties and taxes incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package. These totals are levied by shipment location's government and are not affiliated or charged by Crazy by Design, LLC. Returned or refused packages will be refunded less any incurred shipment costs and/or unpaid taxes and duties. Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates. 

We may terminate user access to the site (or any part of it) at any time without reason and without notice.   

We are unable to refund shipment and/or customs fees for delayed, misplaced, stolen, or returned parcels. Please contact the shipment courier for more information on how to recoup these costs. 

Please open your package with care. Crazy By Design, LLC is not liable for items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
