Statement: One of the things I love about art work is that the same piece can have wildly different interpretations by different people or even the same person on different days!
Angry Rabbit is a piece that I've worked to incorporate various elements and symbols that could have different interpretations, depending on a person's frame of reference. The rabbit could symbolize woman surrounded by society's pressures towards being and looking fertile (the hibiscus flowers). She could be angry at being treated like a breeding rabbit or angry about being surrounded by images fertility when she is not.
Or perhaps it is just a rabbit that is angry about being surrounded by flowers, when what he really wants are carrots!
